Saw Bringing Down The House last night. I've written a brief review in the Film Reviews section.
Driving lesson went OK. A new clutch with a different biting point and new trainers which made the pedals feel completely different didn't help though.
The agency rang me about another potential job so I've asked them to send my CV off for that one as well. It's a bit further away than the others I've been looking at. Probably about 45mins to an hour's drive. Or 2 hours on the train as I'd have to go into London and back out again which would probably cost a bit as well. I'm hoping to have my driving licence before I start any new job so travelling shouldn't be an issue except for maybe getting to an interview.
Got a full day at work today 11-9. Will spend the last 4 hours training a new member of staff which is a bit less stressful than the usual work routine but can't wait until I get my evenings back!! Should be time well spent in the pub especially on a Friday not sitting around with a skeleton staff answering about 2 phone calls per hour.
Just trying to decide whether to get the train to work that gets me there in loads of time or wait for the next one which gets me there just about on time as long as it's not running late. Always used to get the first one but lately, as my hatred for my job has increased, it's started being the second one a lot more often.
It's going to be the second one. Mainly because my indecisiveness meant that I've now not got time to make it to the station for the first one.
Better get ready for work and make sure I don't miss the other one.
