Had a fairly productive morning.

Went and bought a new phone. Got stung for 80 notes just to buy the same model as I had before. Rang the repair centre first but they're "not allowed to repair any liquid damage", or to put it another way, we can make loads of money out of drunk people spilling stuff and having to buy new phones.

Then noticed that Ciro Citterio had a sale on so went and bought a new pair of suit trousers, shirt and tie for my cousin's wedding for a very reasonable sum.

Wanted to get some more contact lenses but cos I want to change from daily disposable to monthly continuous wear ones I have to have another eye test first. Managed to book one for tomorrow before work. The good thing is Specsavers are doing lenses for £12 per month whereas I used to end up paying £22 per month before when I bought in bulk so shouldn't cost me too much tomorrow to get a decent supply which will last a while.

Only thing I forgot to get was some rechargeable batteries for my digital camera but should be able to get them tomorrow, so it's not the end of the world.

Got to get some passport photos done later for my driving licence. Might try and make myself look presentable before I do that though!!
