has been as bad as I expected.
Have ended up doing 30 hours across the last 3 days. Fortunately we've broken the back of it so come 5 o'clock-ish tomorrow I should be able to head off for a long weekend.
Have has a couple of meetings with the account exec. Sounds like high-powered stuff but so not glamorous. Had to convince her we couldn't handle all the extra costs she wanted to whack on to the account this month. Eventually won her round.
Enough about work. Football, there's a better subject. Watched the Leeds vs Leicester game on Monday night. Thought Leeds had managed to throw it away before snatching it at the death.
Speaking of snatching it at the death, I particularly enjoyed seeing Chelsea's win last night. Not just because I loathe Arsenal but because Ranieri's team were better on the night. Arsenal may have just shaded the 1st half but as soon as they equalised the Blues never looked back. When Gudjohnsen's shot was blocked on the line I thought it would be just tytpical of the Gooners if they went straight up the other end and scored. But they didn't and Bridge's well worked goal meant Arsenal's treble chasing had become a solitary struggle for the Premiership in the space of just 4 days. I'm sure someone out there must have some sympathy for them. Just not me.
Getting picked up by the family at stupid o'clock on Friday morning to go down to Devon for a couple of days to see relatives down there. Coming back Sunday night so I can go to the Spurs game on Monday. The missus is staying down there for an extra week so some peace and quiet for me. Should take advantage of it and do some studying but we'll see about that.
